If you decide to enable, access or use Third Party Services, be advised that your access and use of such Third Party Services are governed solely by the terms and conditions of such Third Party Services. You irrevocably waive any claim against Secured Investment Corp. and its affiliates with respect to such Third Party Services. “Third Party Services” means third party products, applications, services, software, networks, systems, directories, websites, databases and/or information which a Secured Investment Corp. website, email, link, or communication links to, or which you may connect to, be introduced to, or enable in conjunction with a Secured Investment Corp. website, email, link, or communication.

ANY WARRANTY THAT IS PROVIDED BY A THIRD PARTY IS PROVIDED SOLELY BY SUCH THIRD PARTY, AND NOT BY SECURED INVESTMENT CORP. OR ANY SECURED INVESTMENT CORP. AFFILIATE.
