Executive Leadership Team
Jaclyn Olsen joined Secured Investment Corp as Chief Financial Officer in May 2007 and now serves as the Company's President as of September 2023. In this position, Olsen serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of the Company.
Prior to joining Secured Investment Corp, Olsen held previous accounting roles with Venafi, Inc. and Linux Networx and she also operated her own financial consulting practice. Throughout her 20-year career in accounting and finance, Olsen has established a reputation as a transformational leader working with both start-ups and mature companies where her expertise and experience guided significant growth and scalable accounting infrastructure.
She holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Westminster College.

Lee Arnold is a real estate investor, developer, trainer, international speaker, and best-selling author, who has spent years perfecting the real estate investing and private money lending process.
As CEO of several multi-million-dollar enterprises and the chairman of several private equity funds, Lee has facilitated billions of dollars in real estate transactions across the country as a buyer, a lender, and a consultant.
His current success is the result of rebuilding after he lost everything in the real estate market crash of 2008. Prompted by that experience, he and his wife founded He’s The Solution Ministries, a global nonprofit that helps entrepreneurs live out the truth that God is the CEO of all—and to host the annual Be Bold For Jesus conference. The conference provides discipleship training to Christians from all around the world to Be Bold For Jesus. #BB4J
Lee Arnold
Chief Visionary Officer
Michael Jerrow leads operations for Secured Investment Corp. He directs the sales team and supports cross-team delivery of client services, corporate partnerships, infrastructure, and access to real estate investment capital.
Prior to joining Secured Investment Corp, Michael spent nearly 20 years of his professional life in higher education following 5 years serving as a software developer. His migration to the education space led him to a role with Carrington College. He served in a variety of functions for the college, from project management to IT support to campus instructor and more.
One of his key roles was as the Director of Real Estate Planning which focused on helping define geographic growth strategies, develop new facility standards, and optimize the institution’s real estate portfolio. During this time, he also created and oversaw the institution’s Project Management Office which was responsible for ensuring successful execution of the annual operating plan. From there he transitioned to executive leadership for the Spokane campus and served in the role of Regional Director.
He holds a BA in Project Management from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.

She specializes in building systems that streamline processes, improve performance, and positions the company for sustainable growth. Drawing on her expertise in technology integration, cross-team collaboration, and strategic execution, Jennifer ensures every department works in sync toward delivering measurable results for clients, investors, and stakeholders. Cherie Constance is the VP of Marketing for Secured Investment Corp, Cogo Capital, The Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing, and Lake City Servicing, where she oversees revenue growth, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales alignment, and business development across the organizations' education, lending, investment, and servicing divisions.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Utah University, Cherie has spent more than 30 years building high-performing marketing and growth strategies for businesses in the medical, financial, and real estate industries. Since joining Lee Arnold and Secured Investment Corp in 2006, she has played a pivotal role in expanding the reach, influence, and profitability of the companies, helping drive consistent annual growth while building one of the industry's most engaged investor and student communities.
As a published author, co-author, and managing editor, Cherie has written and produced multiple books alongside physicians, pharmaceutical clients, and industry experts. Her portfolio includes three medical books, a skincare publication, and numerous self-help, real estate investing, and private money lending books that have educated thousands of entrepreneurs and investors nationwide.
