I am not an accredited investor; can I still invest passively in a high yield fund?
We get this question all the time. And the answer is YES! The Circle of Wealth Fund III LLC is our newest offering, and it is open to contributions from all investors. You do not have to be accredited and the minimum investment is just a $1,000. It’s 100% passive and backed by real estate assets.
How do we generate profit?
The capital in the Circle of Wealth Fund III LLC is deployed in two directions to generate profitability for our investors: 1) 75% of the Fund is targeted to be lent out to investors all over the nation so they can fix and flip properties; 2) 25% of the Fund is targeted to be held in actual real estate assets in our local markets (Spokane WA and Coeur d’Alene ID). We as the management company fix and flip the properties on behalf of the Fund.
When you take a closer look at the income streams for the Fund you will see the loans created often bring in origination points and interest only payments to the Fund, and the properties being flipped usually generate massive profits upon selling.
When do I get paid?
This Fund offers monthly payouts with the choice to receive the payouts for monthly cashflow or to reinvest them, giving you the ability to compound your investment over time.
What kind of returns can I expect?
We target an annualized yield (rate of return) of 10%.** Our Fund philosophy is “Yield with Safety”, and we strongly believe in wealth growth and protection. Which is why we specialize in Real Estate.
Is this like investing in the stock market?
The short answer is no. Our Fund is a private placement, meaning it is not publicly traded and is not listed on any of the exchanges. AND the biggest difference is, real estate does not usually experience the same level of volatility. Real estate tends to remain steadier and continue to grow in value with time.*
What does passive investing mean?
Passive investing simply means you are NOT doing the work; your already hard-earned money is doing the work for you. When you invest into the Fund, we at Secured Investment Corp manage and deploy your money to target those returns. That way you can focus on other ventures and more important things in life like quality time with the family.
How can I invest?
You can invest into the Fund a couple of different ways. Currently, one of the most common ways to invest in the Fund is through a self-directed retirement account. You can open an account like that with a company like Alto IRA, seed it with cash or even roll over an old 401(k) and deploy that capital in a Fund to generate a potentially higher rate of return. You can also invest through a business entity and you can always invest cash in your personal name.
