Lee Arnold, CEO

Lee Arnold is an international speaker, trainer, author and licensed broker who has spent many years perfecting the real estate and private money mortgage lending process through thousands of transactions. Lee is a leading expert on private money mortgages and has been featured as an investment strategy expert by Forbes, the Boston Globe, Market Watch, Reuters and Business Week. He has also consulted and taught for a number of national financial literacy companies.

As a master of networking, Lee connects private investors to borrowers from across the United States and Canada. To leverage the power of these relationships Lee and the Secured Investment Corp’s executive leadership team have created Cogo Capital – The Private Money Company, Lake City Servicing and The Lee Arnold System of Real Estate Investing. This family of companies is among the fastest growing private money mortgage firm in the United States.

Key to the company’s values is integrity and trust. These values are founded on a deep commitment to biblical values. Lee is personally dedicated to helping others and leads the He’s The Solution ministry.

Jaclyn Olsen, CFO

Jaclyn started with the Company in 2007 as a tax and financial accounting consultant. During her service as a consultant it was immediately realized that she would bring great value and strength to the real estate investment and private mortgage loan firm. Jaclyn has been serving as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since this time.

Since joining the executive leadership team the company has experienced exponential growth. Jaclyn has led key areas of this growth even while the economy continues to experience challenges in certain market segments. Together with other members of the executive team, Jaclyn is focused on continued growth and serves clients with the highest level of excellence. Additionally, her analytical and creative skills have been key to continued record growth.

Jaclyn holds her BS in Accounting and her MBA in Finance and Investments. Jaclyn brings experience from both public and private accounting in tax, auditing, financial reporting, financial analysis and strategy. She has worked with start-ups to mature companies where her expertise guided growth and manageable, scalable, accounting infrastructure.

John Kane - Secured Investment Corp COO

John Kane, COO

With 30 years experience in leading real estate education companies, starting financial services and software companies, John lends his hand to the technology, marketing, operational and educational aspects of Secured Investment Corp. Kane formerly led a publicly traded company — Whitney Information Network, now Legacy Education — to create Rich Dad Education with Robert Kiyosaki, and under his leadership grew revenues to over $250,000,000. He left in 2008 and has since served as a consultant to companies such as 1800Accountant, LegalZoom, Get Motivated, and more.

In 2014, he joined the staff at Secured Investment Corp and, with his wife, makes his home in Coeur d’Alene, ID.

Heather Dreves, Director of Funding

Heather Dreves is the Director of Funding at Secured Investment Corp. She is a tenured employee that has worked in the Private Money Industry for over 15 years and held her series 63 license. Heather has been directly involved in the sale of over 75 million dollars in Trust Deed Mortgages and raised over 10 million in Secured Investment Corps High Yield Equity Funds. She has had experience in assisting underwriting, managing the Cogo and Servicing team in addition to Investor Relations.

Cherie Constance, VP of Marketing

​After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern Utah University, Cherie Constance has been writing and marketing for businesses and medical companies nonstop. As the VP of Marketing for Lee Arnold and Secured Investment Corp. since 2006, she has enhanced the scope and reach of each company.

As author, co-author and managing editor, Cherie has written and published three medical books with physicians, a skin care book with a pharmaceutical client, plus many self-help and industry standard real estate and private money volumes.

Erik Bergman - Investor Relations

Erik Bergman works in an investor relations role for the firm’s private equity platform. Erik comes to us with a finance background, specifically in private wealth management, as well as alternative investments in the private equity space. He started his career at Morgan Stanley in 2002, then moved on to a boutique private wealth management firm in Newport Beach, CA where he advised high net worth clients on advanced asset management and estate planning strategies. Additionally, Erik was a licensed real estate agent and has transacted several million dollars-worth of business in the Lake Tahoe area. He now Lives in Coeur d’ Alene with his wife and daughter.
